As a lifelong resident of San Angelo, Jacoby and his family have made San Angelo home. Having graduated from San Angelo's Central High School, Jacoby attended college. His passion for working with people in sales took him into customer service roles, which lead him to decide on pursuing a dream to become a REALTOR®. When not at work, Jacoby is a Youth Leader & assistant usher in his church and loves to fish, tinker with vehicles, and work out. My mother's house needed significant updates, and we listed it just as school began, so it took a while to sell. Jacoby ran comps more than once to double check our pricing during an insecure market time. He was also persistent about getting feedback after showings, and he hosted a number of open houses. His advice on when to lower the price and how much was invaluable. I don't live in town and am elderly, but Jacoby took care of everything from arranging for repairs and cleaning to insuring a smooth closing for me to sign out of town. Jaoby is the BEST!

I met Jacoby on a retreat. We had a talk about buying a first home for my wife and I and he gave me his card. Months later, my wife saw something she liked and we sent it to him and we were at the property an hour later to look at it. Over the next month and 20 property views later, we ended up with the first one and the entire time Jacoby was available, reachable, and informative. Highly recommend this guy!
